PRE-ORDERING INFORMATION

Any and all items that have the phrase [Pre-Order] in the title of their listing means that the item is not available and is either being manufactured or going to be within the near future. When an item is available for pick-up or ready to ship, we will send you an email notifying you using the email provided when placing the order.

Placing one order or more on BoxJellyzHawaii.com means that you agree to the following for any and all listings that has a product title containing the phrase [Pre-Order]

• You agree that the price you pay for is final and a refund and/or cancellation will not be given out under any circumstance.
• You will have 2 (two) weeks to pick up your order after our email notifying you of your item being available. If you do not pick up your order after the 2 weeks then your order will be canceled and refunded. Upon this cancellation, there will be a restocking fee of 15% of the orders subtotal deducted from your refund.
• The date given in the description of the item's listing for when it will be available is an estimate and is subject to change without any notice. We will send an email to you if we are notified or are made aware of your pre-order not arriving on time.
• The information submitted with your order (full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number) are assumed to be entered correctly and if there is an error with this information, it is your responsibility to notify us to correct this. If any information submitted is incorrect, such as the mailing or email address, and this incorrect information impedes on you receiving your order then any fees, redelivery costs, or any other loss of funds will be your responsibility.
