RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be issued unless approved by us, Box Jellyz Hawaii, beforehand. Please read and understand the following as well as our Terms of Service policy before placing your order with us.

1 - MISSING, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN ORDERS

While packages and/or products being damaged, missing, or stolen is a rare occurrence, we will not be held responsible for replacements, refunds, or exchanges. We package all orders with extra care and safety precautions to ensure the best possibility of your order arriving to you with no issues. With all of this, there is no guarantee or measures we can take to promise that your package and order will arrive to you in the same condition when leaving our location. We have no control of your package and products once it is handed off to a shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc). Shipping carriers provide insurance and services to protect against any missing, damaged, or stolen packages and/or orders. We strongly suggested the buyer to contact the shipping carrier to file any claims that you may have. 

If a package’s tracking information marks it as “delivered” but it is not at the location or has an error message indicating that it was not delivered, you will need to contact your nearest courier for more information and assistance.

2 - CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES

Once an order has been placed, there will not be an option to cancel it unless approved by us. If you decide at a later point, either before or after an order has been shipped, that you wish to cancel said order, this will be denied and not allowed. 

If a product is either damaged, not what you thought it would be, or if you change your mind upon receiving the product and wish to return or exchange it then this will be denied and not allowed.

In the unlikely event that a Pre-Order product has been canceled by the manufacturer or we are not able to receive the product then all orders with said product will be canceled and fully refunded.
